Biography

Xu Jinghong, PhD in Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery, Chief Physician, and Doctoral Supervisor. He graduated from the Department of Plastic Surgery, Ninth People's Hospital Affiliated with Shanghai Second Medical University (now Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine), under the mentorship of the renowned Chinese plastic and aesthetic surgery expert, Lifetime Professor Wang Wei. He is currently Director of the Department of Plastic Surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine and Head of the Plastic Surgery Degree Program at Zhejiang University School of Medicine, a member of the Plastic and Aesthetic Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, Chairman of the Plastic Surgery Branch of the Provincial Medical Association, an expert in provincial medical malpractice appraisal, and a member of the Microsurgery Branch of the Provincial Medical Association. He has been engaged in plastic and aesthetic surgery for 32 years and has participated in more than 20,000 cases of various plastic and aesthetic procedures. He was named a 2016 Tribute to Authoritative Physicians at the Second Gengmei Famous Doctors Awards (ranked first). He specializes in injectable minimally invasive aesthetic procedures, breast plastic and aesthetic surgery, comprehensive fine plastic surgery of facial features, liposuction body contouring, plastic surgery of the trunk, hands and feet, and lower legs, gynecological intimate plastic surgery, comprehensive facial contouring, sequential treatment for facial skin rejuvenation, facial skin aesthetics, and the rescue of failed injectable aesthetic procedures.
